Front Edge - We recommend a minimum overhang of 1" to the front of your countertop.

Profiled Edge - An exposure edge should have a minimum of ½" overhang, but can still extend as far out as desired. If your overhang is to exceed 12", extra support is necessary.

Straight Edge - This will include all edges that meet a wall or cabinet. No overhang is necessary.
