Delaminated Countertops

  • Failure to keep the countertop surface even with the surface of the oven, could result in a delaminated countertop.
  • Heat will reactivate the glue, causing the endcap to come loose from the countertop.

Unstable Miters

It is not recommended to put a sink in a location where it will be necessary to cut through a miter or field joint. If you must, these cuts will need to be made on-site and please support underside of countertop as shown above.

It is recommended that you use a slight 2° to 3° angle while filing. Misuse of hand file will result in scratches on the laminate.
