Countertops Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser in the U.S. that its product, Corinthian™ Solid Surface, including Corinthian™ Integrated Sinks if applicable, shall be free from defects in material, workmanship, and fabrication under normal use and service, for (15) fifteen years from the date of sale to the original consumer purchaser. Countertops Inc. shall repair or replace any part of the product which is affected, at its discretion, free of charge to the original consumer purchaser. This warranty shall not apply to damage arising from any of the following:

• Accidents, abuse or misuse
• Exposure to extreme heat
• Improper maintenance

This warranty applies only to instances in which the Corinthian™ Solid Surface product is affixed to the location (e.g., kitchen and bath countertops, vanity tops). This warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser and may be transferred to the new consumer purchaser of the location, provided Countertops Inc. is notified of the transfer and the new purchaser provides proof of purchase. The transferred warranty shall only extend for the remaining period of the original (15) fifteen year period.

No other warranties, express or implied, are made, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Countertops, Inc. be liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase, use or inability to use this product, or for any special reason, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage.
